Jasmin Becker (Owner and President of Mane Imports,LLC) hasbeen an active multi-discipline competitorsince her childhood, and has been exclusively devoted to dressage since 2001.Currently, Jasmin is training with Peter Borggreve (German Reitlehrer and First Riding Master at the Landgestüt in Warendorf, Germany) and Birgitt van der Eijken (Young Horse World Champion and Trainer from Holland).
In 2005, Jasmin was awarded the small and high Bronze medal by the Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung (German FN).
In 2006, Jasmin earned her German Training License by demonstrating proficiency as both a rider andinstructor in dressage, stadium jumping, cross-country and lunging, including written examinations and oral theory presentations. The Teaching portion of the exam was earned with distinction.
Reitlehrer Peter Borggreve, earned the German FN Master Degree in riding and teaching in 1990 with distinctions. He was director and riding instructor at the RV Heiden from 1988 to 2004, instructing his students in the art of dressage while competing successfully at the Grand Prix level. Today he continues to show top stallions, Floribot and Rheingau, at competitions in Germany.
Peter is a member of Germany’s National Bereiter examination committee for aspiring professional horse trainers and riding master candidates, as well as judges.
Since fall of 2004, Peter Borggreve has held the position of "First Riding and Training Master" at the world-famous Landgestüt in Warendorf, Germany. Peter is in charge of the training of all the 96 breeding stallions at the Landgestüt.
Musical Freestyle and choreography are special areas of expertise for Borggreve. He also designs parade programs, including the dramatic 64-stallion quadrille which opened the World Equestrian Games in Aachen in 2006, as well as the famous annual "Warendorfer Hengstparaden" or Stallion Parades which take place each fall on the grounds of the Northrhine-Westphalian State Stud.
Borggreve has been traveling the US to teach dressage since 1996. Now, he has joined Mane Imports as Principal to share his considerable experience through intensive dressage clinics as well as by assisting North American riders to locate and acquire top quality dressage horses in Germany.
Gwen Dordick manages many of the day to day business, marketing and customer service aspects of Mane Imports, LLC, including clinic coordination, tour management, and consignment saddle sales. In addition to her role with Mane Imports, Gwen lends her time and talent to several non-profit equestrian related agencies in the Rocky Mountain Region offering fundraising and volunteer support. During horseshow season Gwen serves as Chief Groom and Show Mom supporting her daughter’s riding aspirations.
